These cupcakes are awesome!!! With 1/2 cup of cocoa instead of 1/4 cup and maybe 1 tsp of additional food coloring as well as mini semi-sweet chocolate chips in the frosting...THESE CUPCAKES WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE!! Lol...just kidding. But they are pretty darn delicious :) My recipe could have actually made more cupcakes...maybe about 18-20 because my 15-16 baked up very big :) Yummy all the same!Saturday, July 2, 2011
